Sushant is a seasoned culinary expert with over 12 years of experience in the food industry, passionately blending creativity, technique, and a love for food. Having honed their craft in kitchens across Auckland, Sushant has gained extensive expertise in a variety of culinary styles and is renowned for their dedication to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
As the proud owner of Begetter Café and Source Café, Sushant combines their entrepreneurial spirit with a deep-rooted passion for hospitality.
